Very recently an ad keeps popping up constantly

Immediately after loading the same drug ad pops up constantly. Closing it does no good, it just comes back. Tom can not even go to the bathroom, get fed, or anything. When I close the ad it just comes back. I closed Tom and cleared it but when I go back in the program it just reloads. Anyone else having this problem?
